Terms of use & license

Last updated: 17 September 2026. These terms cover two things: using this website, and using the Order Flow app with a Jathol license key. They are written in plain language on purpose; section headings are summaries, the text below them governs.

1 · Who may use it

Order Flow is a business tool for shops: restaurants, cafés, retail, fast food, delivery and services. By installing or using it you confirm you are acting for a business (or your own sole-proprietor shop) and can lawfully enter agreements in Malaysia. If a plan feature is switched on for you (QR guest ordering, cloud rooms, the brand page), you are responsible for using it in line with your own obligations — including telling your customers how their orders and data are handled.

2 · The license, plainly

3 · What we promise, and what we don't

We build Order Flow to run a real shop floor and we fix faults when they reach us — usually the same day on support hours. But a POS touches your electricity, your router, your printer's firmware and your staff, and no software is defect-free. The app is provided on an “as is” basis to the maximum extent the law allows; where statute implies rights for you (for example under the Consumer Protection Act 1999), those rights are not excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services (WhatsApp, Cloudflare, the font or JS CDNs listed in the privacy policy).

4 · Your data, your shop

Shop records live on your devices. You own them. You are responsible for backups (export what you can, keep the Main device healthy) and for lawful handling of your customers' and staff's personal data collected in the app. We never sell shop data; we only touch the license records described in the privacy policy.

5 · Acceptable use

No using Order Flow or the QR ordering pages for illegal goods, deception, or to attack our license service or relay rooms. Don't reverse-engineer the app to defeat licensing. We may suspend a key for abuse — with a heads-up first wherever it is safe to give one, and refunds follow the refund policy.

6 · IP & the look of this site

“Order Flow” and the Jathol logo belong to Jathol. The app is licensed, not sold. Website text, layout and the imagery on this site were created for this project; the product photos are original generated artwork made for Jathol — you may not reuse them commercially without asking. Printing your own shop's logo, name and QR brand page inside the app is yours, in every sense.

7 · Money & taxes

Displayed prices are monthly in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude any tax unless stated on your receipt. Other-currency previews on this site are indicative conversions only. You handle your own SST/e-invoicing obligations as a business; Order Flow prints the fields you configure — it does not file anything for you.

8 · Liability cap

To the extent the law allows, Jathol's total liability for any claim connected to the app or this site is capped at the license fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit on a busy night. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited in Malaysia.

9 · Changes & termination

We may update the app and these terms; material changes get a note on this site and in the app's guide banner. You can stop at any time — the license simply ends with the paid period. We can terminate a key for breach of section 5; unused full periods are refundable as described in the refund policy.

10 · Law & contact

Malaysian law governs these terms, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction. Before that, though: almost everything here is solvable in one thread — [email protected] is the front door for terms, licensing and anything that surprised you (answers within 24 hours), and WhatsApp @Jathol_Jutt stays open for urgent cases.
