English

1. Download the APK from the homepage on the Android phone that will be Main (the shop server).
2. Allow installs from this site when Android asks.
3. Open Order Flow → tap the WhatsApp button or paste your 16-character license key.
4. The first phone that activates the key becomes Main — the key binds to it.
5. Main runs the shop server on Wi-Fi port 8787. Keep the app open; do not swipe it away.
6. Main works up to 48 hours offline after a valid check. If the key is revoked, Main locks and shows WhatsApp support.

English

Other phones on the same Wi-Fi join free — they do not need a key.

1. On the new phone: License screen → Connect to Main.
2. Type the IP shown on Main's Home screen, or scan the QR code.
3. Pick a role: Manager, Order taker, Kitchen, Cashier, Stock clerk, Front desk, Specialist, Driver.
4. Each station has its own queue and syncs live with Main. If the connection drops, the station queues its work and flushes when Main is reachable.
5. Switch roles anytime from a station with the logout button, or cover any role from Main's account-switch menu.

• Restaurant — table map, kitchen tickets, courses (starter / main / dessert), reservations.
• Retail — register queue, SKU barcode scanning, stock cards, quick retail sale.
• Fast food — queue numbers, takeaway, kitchen fire.
• Services — appointments, specialists, service menu with duration.

Changing the model keeps your menu, stock and customers.

1. New in 1.1.65 — Menu Scan: Menu tab → scanner icon → take a photo of the menu (or upload a menu PDF). Names, prices and categories are read on the phone itself — no internet, nothing uploaded anywhere.
2. v1.1.70 — imports no longer dead-end: a price in the middle of a row (size or unit after it) no longer loses the item, and when a page's price style can't be matched at all the review sheet still lists every readable dish line with a blank price — tick what you want, type prices, import. Rows read without a price arrive unticked on purpose, so only what you confirm enters the menu.
3. v1.1.71 — PDF reading fixed: PDF pages were being scanned on a transparent canvas, which the text recognizer reads as a blank image — now every page is painted on white paper first, so typed and scanned PDF menus produce items again. Pressing Import with nothing ticked now tells you, instead of doing nothing.
4. In the review sheet that opens: un-tick any wrong line, tap a name or price to fix it, choose the category, add anything missed — then Import creates all of it in one tap. Items already on the menu are skipped automatically.
5. Works best with English / Malay (Latin script) menus — lay them flat, fill the frame, good light. A PDF export of the menu is the most reliable scan. Urdu-script menus cannot be read by any on-device scanner, so type those manually.
6. Menu tab → add categories (e.g. Drinks, Mains) and products with photo, price and SKU.
7. Add modifiers per product: Size (small / large), Spice level, and priced Add-ons.
8. Link a product to a stock item so sales deduct inventory automatically.
9. Long-press a product on the order screen to 86 it (mark unavailable) — it greys out everywhere instantly.
10. Currency symbol is configurable in Bill profile; every price uses it.

• Stock tab: cards with quantity; low-stock and out-of-stock show automatically.
• Paid orders deduct stock once per order (never double-deducted). Refunding returns it.
• Scan a stock barcode to add quantity quickly.
• More → 86 board lists every unavailable item with a one-tap restore.

• Tables / Queue tab: tap a table to open its ticket; live colors = free / ordered / ready.
• Send to kitchen prints the kitchen slip and alerts the pass with sound + vibration.

4. Split payment: switch it on, choose a second method and its amount — e.g. cash 300 + card 500.
5. Both methods print on the receipt and appear in the payment breakdown reports.
6. The cash drawer opens only if any part of the sale is cash.

1. Plug the drawer's cable into the receipt printer's RJ11 (kick) port. No extra app or driver is needed.
2. Main → More → Hardware → Cash drawer → switch on Open on cash payments.
3. Tap Open drawer now to test.
4. From now on: cash sale → drawer pops before the receipt prints. Card / wallet / other → drawer stays shut.
5. If a station uses its own printer (section 9), the drawer kick goes through that printer.

• Shop printers (Main): More → Hardware → Printers. Add LAN (IP + port 9100) or Bluetooth ESC/POS printers and assign each to a role (kitchen, cashier…).
• Every station's own printer: tap the printer icon in the station's top bar. Pick a Bluetooth printer or type a LAN IP. The station then prints everything itself, independent of Main.
• Bluetooth printing (v1.1.68) now works with any Bluetooth printer — old Classic (SPP) models like the common 58mm portables, and modern Low-Energy ones. Pair the printer once in Android settings (PIN 0000 usually), pick it in the printer sheet, and print. The Auto / Classic / LE chips let you force a link type if a picky printer needs the nudge; error toasts now quote the printer's real complaint.
• These printers serve one connection at a time: while your station has a Bluetooth printer selected, Order Flow holds that link open like a real POS — so back-to-back prints (and the Test button) always reach the printer. Use Use shop printer to let it go.
• Paper size (v1.1.69): each printer screen has Auto / 58 / 76 / 80 / 100 mm. Auto keeps the safe 58 mm layout; wider choices only lengthen lines — letters keep their native shape. Transparent PNG logos print correctly now (alpha is composited on white, mostly-dark artwork auto-inverts).
• Receipt layout (v1.1.70): the shop name prints on one line — double-size only when it actually fits, so long names no longer wrap mid-word. The logo keeps a margin (≈80% width, centered), Ticket and time share one line (time right-aligned), the item table gained its Amount header, and the stray double-hash on ticket numbers is fixed.
• Footer per slip type (v1.1.70): every slip editor in the bill profile has its own Slip footer field — delivery can end with a delivery note, takeaway with its own thanks, the cash receipt with another. Leave it empty and that slip just uses the shop footer.
• Pay & Print — the payment sheet's button settles and prints the customer receipt on your station's printer; Pre-bill next to it prints the running total marked “NOT PAID YET” without settling anything. Kitchen tickets print the ticket number, table and TAKEAWAY/DELIVERY in double height.
• Bill profile: shop name, address, phone, tax ID, footer, logo image, pay QR — all print on the receipt.
• Separate slip templates for kitchen / counter / takeaway / delivery — choose what each shows.
• Test button on every printer screen sends a test page. Reprint any ticket from More → Reprint.

Tap the TV icon in any ticket's top bar. The screen becomes a customer-facing display: shop name, giant animated total that jumps on every item, and the latest item added. Great on a tablet facing the customer or cast to a TV. Tap back to return.

• After payment the celebration screen offers Share receipt — or use the share icon on any paid ticket. Send it on WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• Tap the chat icon on a ticket with a customer phone number to open WhatsApp with a ready "your order is ready" message.
• Delivery customers can be told the order is out for delivery the same way.

• More → Customers: keep a book with name, phone, address, loyalty points and store credit.
• When a ticket's customer phone matches a saved customer, paying awards 1 point per whole currency unit automatically (e.g. Rs 450 → 450 points).
• Points never double-award: each paid order earns once. Refunds do not remove points.
• Attach a customer to takeaway/delivery tickets with the edit button on the ticket.

• X report (More → X): today's sales, payment breakdown per method (split-aware), hourly sales, voids, refunds — without closing anything.
• Z report / Day close: finalises the day and records the closing time.

2. The driver pairs once from his own phone (Connect to Main → Driver role, then the name match).
3. On a delivery ticket choose Assign driver. The driver sets free / busy / offline — even away from the shop Wi-Fi.
4. Out for delivery marks the ticket served; the cashier closes the payment.

More → Reservations (restaurant and services models): book a customer with phone and time. Appointments show on the floor map and in the specialist's queue. Book a walk-in from the front desk with one tap.

• Printers: any ESC/POS 58/80mm thermal printer — LAN (TCP 9100) or Bluetooth. Keep the printer on the same Wi-Fi as Main.
• Cash drawer: any RJ11 kick drawer — plugs into the receipt printer, never directly into the phone.
• Barcode guns: USB/Bluetooth guns work as keyboards — just focus the search or scan box. The built-in camera scanner does the same without hardware.
• Kitchen sound: station notifications + vibration announce ready orders; keep the kitchen device's volume up.

• Station won't connect: same Wi-Fi as Main? Is Main's server on (Home → Server ON)? Re-type the IP.
• Print fails: run the printer's Test page. LAN: check IP/port 9100 and same network. Bluetooth: pair in Android settings first, allow Nearby devices permission.
• Drawer won't open: is it plugged into the receipt printer's kick port? Try Open drawer now. Some printers need the drawer enabled in their own settings.
• Offline queue: the station chip shows queued work; it flushes automatically when Main is back.
• License locked: the key was reset or revoked — WhatsApp @Jathol_Jutt from the lock screen.
• Anything else: email [email protected] — answered within 24 hours — or WhatsApp @Jathol_Jutt when it is urgent.

• Switch it on: More → Plan extras → QR ordering → enable. Main must be on Wi-Fi; the address looks like http://192.168.x.x:8787/order.
• For a single table open the Tables tab → QR icon → show, print or share that table's code. Guests scan it and the menu opens with the table already attached.
• The guest page works in English and Urdu (toggle at the top), shows photos, prices, modifiers and notes — no app to install.
• v1.1.70 page fixes: prices and totals now use your own currency symbol with thousands separators (previously some shops saw “true1,200” style totals), product photos (JPEG or PNG) render on the menu cards, and the success screen now shows the order total next to the ticket number. v1.1.71: on narrow phones the floating Your order bar could hang off the right edge so Review & send was unreachable — orders never left the guest's phone. The bar is now always fully on screen and tappable.
• Submitting a web order creates a normal ticket with the QR badge. By default it fires to the kitchen (printers included) the moment the counter marks it paid — and the kitchen slip carries the table number so food lands at the right table. Prefer cooking at submit? Switch to At submit in the same QR sheet.
• On custom plans the page shows your shop's name, tagline, hours, contact and colour — set it all under Your brand page (§26).
• Switch ordering off any time — the page closes instantly for new scans. Orders are accepted only on the shop Wi-Fi, never from the internet.

• First give every stock item its cost (Stock tab). Then open More → Plan extras → Recipes & margins.
• Tap an item and add ingredients with the quantity used per sale (e.g. 0.5 kg flour + 2 eggs). The list shows cost, profit and margin percent per item.
• Margins under 25% are flagged in red so you can fix the price or the plate before it costs you.
• Recipe costing is separate from auto-deduction — your existing inventory link keeps working exactly as before.

• More → Plan extras → Wastage log → Log waste: pick the stock item, the quantity lost and an optional reason (spoiled, burnt…).
• Wasted quantity leaves inventory immediately, and its cost is counted in the Wasted this week total and in Insights.
• Logged it wrong? The undo arrow puts the stock back and erases the entry.

• More → Plan extras → Purchasing: keep your suppliers (name, phone) on the Suppliers tab.
• Create a purchase order: supplier, one line per stock item with quantity and unit cost. The PO gets a number like PO-501 automatically.
• When the delivery arrives, tap Receive stock — quantities are added to inventory and the item cost is updated to the latest price you paid.
• Open orders can still be cancelled; received and cancelled POs stay in the list for reference.

• Every license key now carries a plan (Starter / Growth / Custom / Full), the business models it may run and the features it may use. Starter RM 79 / month, Growth RM 149 / month — see the Plans page.
• What is switched on for your key is exactly what the app shows. Locked extras appear with a lock icon in More → Plan extras — tap it to message Jathol on WhatsApp and upgrade.
• Keys issued before plans existed keep every feature on — nothing changes for existing shops unless Jathol sets a plan on your key.
• The app re-checks your key online every 15 minutes and keeps working 48 hours offline; plan changes apply on the next check. The QR ordering page and station connections are enforced by Main itself, so the plan is respected on every device.
• Plan summary is visible in More → License (plan name, enabled models and feature count).

• 1 · Open a room (Main only). More → Plan extras → Cloud networking → Open cloud room (custom plan). The sheet shows a QR, a big JOIN CODE, and the full pairing text underneath.
• 2 · Pair each device with the long pairing text, not the short code. On the other phone: same menu → Join box → paste the OF1:… text (on Main, tap it → Select all → Copy). Any phone's camera can also read that QR into text to copy. The six-character JOIN CODE is only to spot your own room; typed alone it will not join — room addresses are deliberately unguessable and listed nowhere.
• 3 · Then forget it is on. While the shop Wi‑Fi is healthy everything runs over the LAN and the cloud sleeps. The moment a phone loses its LAN link — router died, or someone walked to the back on 4G — it talks through the room instead: orders reach Main in seconds, a blip just queues the work on the phone (the pending count shows it) and flushes by itself when the link returns. Nothing is ever re-typed.
• The cloud is a corridor, never a store. Every message is encrypted by your devices before it leaves them, deleted once all your devices have read it, and expires on its own in about 30 minutes even if nobody reads it. Shop data lives only on Main's device — backups stay entirely in your hands (§17).
• Honest errors. If a room will not open, the message now names the true reason: license (the key is not on a cloud-enabled plan — message Jathol), relay (server hiccup — try again in a minute), or network (that phone has no internet). Mid-shift, an amber line "Relay unreachable — retrying automatically" (1.1.67) means only the corridor is jammed — your work stays safely queued on the device.
• Keep the pairing sheet private. That QR and OF1 text are the key to your open room — anyone holding them can join while it stays open. Do not photograph it into public chats. When service ends, Close cloud room: closing wipes the room, and re-opening issues fresh credentials, so any old pairing stops working instantly.
• Two-minute field test (do it once, calm): pair a station, put it on mobile data with Wi‑Fi switched off, send a test order — it lands on Main in seconds. Now you trust the fallback before the night you actually need it.
• Guest table QR (§20) stays local on purpose — this section is for your own devices only, never for public traffic.

• Make the guest ordering page your own: More → Plan extras → QR ordering → Your brand page (custom plan). Then hit each table's QR and it opens under your name.
• Set the shop name, tagline, address, opening hours, a welcome note, phone and WhatsApp, and pick an accent colour — the whole page (buttons, prices, cart) repaints instantly.
• Leave a field blank and the page falls back to your bill-profile details (§9) — so it already looks branded before you touch anything.
• Guests get the full experience: animated menu cards, photos, modifier chips, notes, a cart drawer with totals, and a success ticket with their table and ticket number — with English/Urdu built in and working on any phone on the network, no install.
• Changes save with one tap and every later scan sees them immediately. Printing table QR stands is unchanged (§20).
