Order Flow is not a cloud till. The licensed Main device is the shop server. Tablets and phones connect on the same Wi‑Fi. If the internet drops, the shop still sells — and on custom plans, an encrypted cloud relay keeps every station in sync even when the shop Wi‑Fi itself dies, with no shop data ever stored in the cloud.
Send to kitchen prints the slip from Main and alerts the pass with sound, vibration and a banner. Tickets age live — amber at 10 minutes, red at 20.

The same app runs on Windows as the shop server: kitchen, cashier, takers and drivers keep joining from their phones over Wi-Fi. Portable build — unzip and run.
Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) · no install needed → extract the ZIP, open order_flow.exe, allow network access in the firewall prompt.
First run: a blue SmartScreen popup (publisher unknown) is normal for unsigned apps — More info → Run anyway once. Updates: download the newer ZIP and extract over the old folder — your shop data lives in Documents/AppData, never inside the ZIP.
Questions shops ask
No. Tickets, menu and stock live on Main. The website only checks the license and serves this app file.
Selling continues on shop Wi‑Fi. Stations can queue work and flush when Main is reachable. License has an offline grace window.

Web: prints via Apple’s system print dialog (AirPrint) on iPhone — tap Print with Apple and pick your AirPrint/Bluetooth printer (pair it in iOS Settings → Bluetooth first). Android web can also pair raw Bluetooth. If iPhone has no printer, the web app can relay-print to an Android station that has a printer. Any Android phone/tablet, LAN or Bluetooth ESC/POS printers, barcode guns, cash drawer on RJ11.

APK installs after you allow “Install from this site” once. Web app works offline after first load and needs no install review.
iPhone & iPad
No App Store review needed — this is the app. Works offline, sends kitchen tickets, manages stock, prints with Apple’s system dialog or via a station that has a printer.
Printing on iPhone
Inside the web app, tap Print with Apple — iOS shows the system printer picker (AirPrint). Pair your Bluetooth printer in Settings → Bluetooth first; if it supports AirPrint it appears there. No printer? Turn on Relay-print — the job rides the encrypted room to an Android station that has a printer.
